Raw Materials:

The materials for manufacturing our steel pipes are heat and cold pressed steel plate in rolls, supplied by China Steel Corporation of Taiwan.


The steel plate is cut into strips of specific width corresponding to the diameter of the pipe to be produced.

Pipe Production:

Our pipe manufacturing factory has 3 assembly lines for round or rectangular pipes. The steel strips are formed into pipes.

High Frequency Welding:

The high frequency instant electric welding machine performs the welding and then eliminates the excess from both the outer and inner surfaces of the pipes.

Finishing At the Ends:

The pipes are polished at each end and cleaned inside and out.


Finished steel pipes are stored in the warehouse for sale or for further processing in our cold drawing factory. Together with imported steel pipes, we have an ample supply of steel pipes for cold drawing to our customer's specifications, even in a short order.

Swaging Machining:

In the drawing process, the outer diameter is reduced and the wall is thinned with outer dies and inner plugs. In order for the pipe to pass through the dies, one end of the pipe has to be reduced in diameter. Afterward, the whole pipe can be drawn through the dies and plugs.

Continuous Heating Furnace:

In the process of manipulating the steel pipe, the mechanical properties of the pipe may be altered. Therefore, it is necessary to readjust the mechanical properties by heating. The furnaces we use were manufactured to our specifications by Nippon Heating Co. of Japan. Because of the uniform temperature and the unique curve of the rise and fall of temperatures in the furnace, heat treated pipes have homogenous and stable properties.


The steel pipes are cleaned with pickling acid and lubricant. These treatments are performed in order to assure the best condition for the next process.

Cold Drawing:

The pipes are drawn through the outer dies and inner plugs in cold temperature according to customer specifications.

Final Finish:

The steel pipes are straightened and cut to the length specified. The pipes are then treated for rustproofing and packed.

Quality Assurance:

In each step of the processes described above, tests are performed to make sure that the quality of the product is up to standards. The steel pipes are tested with a non-invasive Eddy current testing instrument and are performed without any damage to the pipe. We measure the pipes to make sure the diameters are accurate, and the mechanical properties of the pipe are rigorously tested. Additional tests for hardness and surface roughness can be performed under special request. If necessary, microscopy can be used to inspect the metallic structure of the pipes. These rigorous testing programs provide the highest quality assurance for our products.

Environmental Protection:

For the pollution generated during the manufacturing processes, we have water and gas pollution treatment systems and storage for the pollutants. We follow the regulations issued by the Environmental Protection Department in Taiwan to protect the workers' environment as well as the environment of the general public.
